Burnley have signed goalkeeper Nicky Weaver on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Weaver arrives at Turf Moor on a free transfer after leaving Dundee United earlier this month.
The former Manchester City keeper had a spell training with Middlesbrough, but the club decided against pursing their interest in Weaver.
Burnley then moved in to offer Weaver the chance to return to the Premier League and they have quickly tied up a deal with the former England Under 21 international.
Weaver, who is Brian Laws' second signing of the month, is expected to go straight into the squad for this weekend's game with Chelsea.
