Burnley have handed a new deal to midfield starlet Chris McCann.
The 19-year-old has established himself in the Clarets first team this term and he has been rewarded for his fine form.
McCann is the latest player to pledge his future to the Turf Moor club, following in the foot-steps of Kyle Lafferty and Mike Duff.
"We are delighted that Chris has signed an extended contract," said manager Steve Cotterill.
"I am delighted at Chris's progress. I think he has improved again and to have tw o 19-year-olds in the team is terrific."
