York City manager Nigel Worthington has completed the signing of teenage midfielder Josh Carson from Ipswich.
Worthington, who replaced the sacked Gary Mills earlier this month, has drafted in the Northern Ireland international for an initial month. Carson, who has made 31 appearances for Ipswich since making his debut in March 2011, is expected to go straight into the Minstermen's squad for Saturday's home league game against Port Vale. Former Northern Ireland manager Worthington signed goalkeeper Arron Jameson on an emergency loan from Sheffield Wednesday last week.
