Skysports.com understands a number of clubs are pursuing Ipswich Town striker Jason Scotland.
The Trinidad & Tobago marksman is out of contract at the end of the season, but he is back in favour at Portman Road.
When Paul Jewell first arrived in Suffolk, Scotland did not seem a part of his plans.
But after pre-season he has worked his way into the first-team and has scored two goals.
Skysports.com understands that Blackpool, Middlesbrough and Coventry all made moves to sign him prior to deadline day in August, but they could not agree terms with Ipswich.
Now both Blackpool and Middlesbrough remain interested in trying to strike a loan deal, which would see the move become permanent.
"We know there are still clubs interested in Jason, as there was before the deadline closed," his agent Mike Berry told skysports.com.
"Jason was obviously not in the picture at first but things are going really well for him now, he is buzzing and working hard."
