Rotherham have signed Troy Brown after the 20-year-old rejected an extension at Ipswich to pen a two-year Millers deal.

Manager Andy Scott is delighted to capture Brown, who appeared 12 times for the Tractor Boys last season and can play at full-back or as a centre-half. "Troy is another young lad we have managed to sign," said the former Brentford boss. "I have known him since his days at Fulham. He has good pace and good passing ability and he has played a few games for Ipswich. "He now wants to establish himself as a first-team player and he is hungry to do well."
