Crystal Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni has extended his Selhurst Park contract until the end of next season.
The Argentinian will remain at the Premiership club for at least another 12 months following the activation of a clause in his contract agreed by both parties.
As a result, the new deal will see the 36-year-old enter his 12th season with the Eagles having joined them from Scottish Premiership side Dundee in 2004.
Speroni, who has been named the club's player of the year on four occasions, has been rewarded with a testimonial match against the Dens Park club at Selhurst Park next Tuesday.
"I have one more season on my contract and am really enjoying playing in the Premier League," Speroni told the club's website. "I have said many times this is my home and I will retire here if I can.”
