Stephen Dobbie admits the decision to return to Blackpool was a 'no-brainer' once he became aware of Ian Holloway's interest.
The Swansea forward, who helped the Seasiders secure promotion to the Premier League during his first stint at Bloomfield Road, is back with the Championship club for the remainder of the season.
A number of teams were interested in securing the services of the 29-year-old after he slipped down the pecking order at the Liberty Stadium, but the lure of a return to Blackpool was too much to resist.
Dobbie is relishing the opportunity to work under Holloway again having made the first appearance of his second loan spell in Saturday's 3-1 defeat away to promotion-chasing Reading.
He told the club's official website: "One of the reasons that I came back was obviously the gaffer and it's mostly the same boys.
"I know the area - I know all about it - so it was an easy decision. I loved my time here last time.
"As soon as I heard that the gaffer was interested it was a no-brainer.
"It actually felt like I hadn't been away when I went to the training ground. The last season has gone so quick and it's good to see I've got a lot of friends here."
