Striker out for several weeks after undergoing back surgery

Norwich City striker Aaron Wilbraham is likely to miss the rest of the season due to a back injury. Wilbraham has scored once in 12 appearances since joining Norwich from MK Dons in January, but has missed the club's last two matches. He has subsequently undergone surgery on a disc in his back and the 31-year-old will require several weeks to recover. It means it is unlikely that Wilbraham will be able to play any further part in the Canaries' push to win promotion to the Premier League. However, ahead of Saturday's game at home to struggling Scunthorpe United, manager Paul Lambert has recent loan signings Sam Vokes and Dani Pacheco available for their debuts.
