Derby set to hold talks with Exeter's Moxey
Derby County are closing in on the capture of Exeter City midfielder Dean Moxey after agreeing a fee for his services.
The Rams are believed to have had an offer in the £300,000 region accepted for The Grecians' long-serving player.
Moxey will now hold transfer talks with the Pride Park outfit before undergoing a routine medical once personal terms are agreed.
Agreement
"The first stage has been reached - we have accepted a deal," said Exeter's director of football Steve Perryman.
"We have accepted a transfer fee and add-ons, which is usual for any higher-division club buying from a team below them.
"It wasn't as much as we wanted and more than they wanted to pay but it was a very amicable agreement."
