Rushden & Diamonds have snapped up Crystal Palace prospect Tyrone Berry.The 18-year-old forward has arrived at Nene Park on a month's loan.
Diamonds chief Barry Hunter was delighted to have sealed his capture.
"Tyrone is a great talent loaned to us from Crystal Palace," he said.
"His pace and his ability to play on either wing or up front will be a real asset to this club."
Rushden, meanwhile, have handed striker Lee Tomlin a professional contract which ties him to the club until 2008.
