STEVE KABBA has warned Grimsby Town that he is no rush to commit himself to the Blundell Park outfit insisting he wants to 'take his time' over any deal.

The 21-year-old striker is on loan with The Mariners from Crystal Palace and Grimsby coach Paul Groves is keen to tie the front-man to a season-long loan.

"I've got another month left on my loan and there's no rush for me," Kabba told 'The Grimsby Evening Telegraph'.

"Everyone else seems to be wanting to rush it and get it done, but not me.

"I am just taking my time and making my mind up."

Kabba's three-month loan deal expires at the end of November and Town will look to make inroads towards an extension soon or risk the young attacker returning to Selhurst Park.

Palace and Grimsby both want the deal and everything now hinges on Kabba himself.
