Plymouth manager John Sheridan is keen to keep hold of defender Anthony O'Connor after his loan expired.
The Pilgrims are in discussions with parent club Blackburn in a bid to extend the 22-year-old's stay at Home Park until the end of the season following the expiry of his five-month stay in League Two. "Blackburn know we want to keep him and Anthony wants to stay," Sheridan told the Plymouth Herald. "It's really down to Blackburn. I will work hard to try to get him. "If it happens it happens, if it doesn't happen I have got to concentrate on who I am going to play."
