Plymouth striker Nick Chadwick has declared his desire to stay at Argyle for the rest of his career.
Chadwick, who is in his second spell at the club, is under contract until 2013, but wants to prolong his stay even further. "I'm 29 and hopefully I'll end up staying here, but I have got to be successful and the club has got to be successful," he told the Western Morning News. "I have got to make sure that I am doing well enough to stay at the football club and, if that's the case, then I am sure I will be here for a few years yet. I am enjoying it - I have always loved it at the club." Life as a lower-league footballer means changing clubs can impact the lives of others significantly and Chadwick admits moving back to Home Park was not as easy as some may think. "My wife had to leave her job, and it was a good job, and we've moved a seven-month-old away from the family and the childcare and everything else that goes with it, so, while it wasn't a difficult decision in some respects, in others it obviously was."
