Fletcher: Pleased with result
Plymouth boss Carl Fletcher expressed his delight as his side drew 1-1 with Crawley to climb out of the bottom two of League Two.
Maxime Blanchard's first goal for the Pilgrims was memorable - an overhead-kick to convert Paul Wotton's floated ball back into the box as Crawley failed to clear a 90th-minute corner.
Pablo Mills had headed Town ahead in the first minute of first-half stoppage-time from David Hunt's free-kick.
Fletcher said: "We said at half-time it was important not to concede another goal and at 1-0 you are always in the game. We decided that we would change things around if needs be in the last 10 minutes and have a go.
"It was important for us to stay in the game, not concede any more and we did that. We didn't create loads but we got a couple of chances near the end and put one of them away and it's pleasing for us.
"Every point is vital at the moment and to take one away from one of the teams towards the top of the league is a real bonus. We are obviously really pleased, there are things that we will work on but in terms of effort and desire from the lads, it's gone really well and I'm really proud of them."
