Rotherham boss Andy Scott is waiting for news on Guy Branston's ankle injury sustained in the FA Cup loss at Shrewsbury.

Branston, on loan from Bradford, was forced out of the action after an hour of the Millers' second round defeat and left the ground with the aid of crutches, with the 32-year-old set to have a scan early this week. Scott told the club's official website: "That's another player out injured, which is a disappointment, but that is the way it is. "I don't know exactly what he has done or how long he will be out for, but we will find out soon." Branston, who has had 10 clubs during his 14-year playing career while having loan spells at 10 others, arrived on loan with the Millers in mid-October and has made four appearances for Scott's side.
