Businessman Kevin Heaney has threatened to give up on takeover negotiations at Plymouth if the deal is not concluded on Thursday.
Heaney has been trying to buy the club for several weeks, but has yet to receive Football League approval. "If they (the administrators) are not going to get this deal over the line on Thursday then Peter and I will walk away from the deal," Heaney told BBC South West. "There seems to be an unwillingness to get this deal done by the administrators," he added. "I urge administrators to get this deal over the line - we have the security of funds in place."
