Tranmere boss Les Parry wants to keep Enoch Showunmi at Prenton Park following a trio of bids from League One rivals Notts County.

Showunmi made his first appearance of the season in the Carling Cup defeat to Doncaster on Tuesday night and Parry is keen to ensure it is not his last in a Rovers shirt. Speaking to the club's official website, Parry said: "It has been on Sky and the BBC that Notts County have made an offer for him that has been rejected and we'll keep on rejecting them as well if they put any more in. "The chairman said to me 'we've received this offer', I think it went something like £75,000, £100,000, £125,000, three offers, and I just said 'no, no, no' and that was it. He's not going anywhere. "Enoch for us last season was a massive player and once we get him going he'll be another massive player."
