Plymouth midfielder Lilian Nalis has agreed a new deal at Home Park.
The former Sheffield United and Leicester man has opted to stay at Plymouth for another year.
Pilgrims boss Ian Holloway was delighted to keep hold of the veteran midfielder with other clubs chasing his signature.
"Lilian has been outstanding this year and I always want to keep our better players," said Holloway.
"He's good enough to have had other choices and he's chosen us."
