Ledley suffered a knee injury which forced him to limp off and he has pulled out of the Wales squad to face Northern Ireland next week.
McNaughton was knocked unconscious after falling awkwardly in an aerial challenge against Barnsley and he has withdrawn from the Scotland training camp.
