Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner has raided Manchester City to sign winger Jeremy Helan on a month-long loan deal.
The France Under-19 international is comfortable either on the left wing or at left-back although he is set to feature as a wide man for Town, with his debut likely to come in Saturday's home clash against in-form Colchester. Helan, 20, made his first-team debut for the Premier League champions as an extra-time substitute in last month's Capital One Cup defeat to Aston Villa. He enjoyed a month-long loan stay with Carlisle last season where he also appeared twice off the bench.
