Wolves defender Danny Batth is looking forward to the visit of Sheffield Wednesday this weekend more than most.
The 22-year-old enjoyed two successful loan spells with the Owls over the past few seasons, helping the club sensationally clinch promotion to the Championship in May.
The South Yorkshire outfit were keen to lure the centre-half back on a permanent basis over the summer, but Wolves opted to retain his services as they look to bounce back into the Premier League at the first attempt.
Batth told Sky Sports that facing the Owls on Saturday will bring back a lot of fond memories.
"I was there for about a year and a half, so I got on well with both the players and fans alike.
"I still speak to a fair few of them now, so I'll definitely look forward to playing against them if selected.
"It is a club that is obviously very close to me now, but at the same time I have to be professional and make sure that I do the job that is given to me.
"There are precious points at stake and I'll do everything I can to make sure that they go next to our name rather than theirs, despite my obvious affinity for the club."
