Stephen Bywater wants to play a pivotal role in Sheffield Wednesday's promotion push after his loan move to Hillsborough.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper, borrowed from Derby, has joined the Owls until December and is relishing the prospect of filling in for Nicky Weaver following his injury.
Bywater told the Sheffield Star: "I'm excited; I think the club can do well and I want to be part of it.
"It's a no-brainer when a club as massive as Sheffield Wednesday want you, you're going to say 'yes'.
"I hope they get promotion. I want them to go up and I want to help them.
"It's a big challenge for me at Sheffield Wednesday, and expectations are big. Let's have it."
