Swansea City have denied Sheffield Wednesday have tabled an offer for striker Lee Trundle.

The Owls, among others, have been linked with a move for the City ace, but as yet no bid has been forthcoming.

Wednesday also recently denied they moved for Trundle, who has 10 League One goals this season, after being rebuffed in their approach for Wycombe's Nathan Tyson.

Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins says Trundle is happy with the Welsh club and is not looking for anyone to move for the in-form striker.

"There's been no bid from Sheffield Wednesday or any other club, and Lee Trundle has said himself that he's happy here at Swansea City," said Jenkins.
