Michail Antonio has credited training-ground shooting practice for his goal in Colchester's win over Chesterfield.
The on-loan Reading striker had found the net just once in nine games heading into the clash at the b2net Stadium on Saturday.
"In training, the gaffer has been on my back about getting goals because in the last couple of games I've had opportunities which I haven't taken," Antonio told the Gazette.
"But I took it against Chesterfield and I tried to stay calm and think about striking the ball properly.
"We've got two wins in a row now and hopefully we can keep this run going."
