Scott Taylor put Blackpool ahead on four minutes but Luton scored two goals in a minute to go 2-1 up. Steve Howard scored to set a new record, having now scored in nine consecutive games and Ahmet Brkovic added the first of his brace.
Brkovic put the game beyond Blackpool, grabbing his second in the 90th minute.
Colchester's 100 percent home record continues after a 4-1 win against struggling Doncaster. Craig Fagan scored on 16 minutes and Gavin Johnson and Greg Halford added two more first-half goals for Colchester.
Doncaster trailed 3-1 at half time after John Doolan pulled one back just before the break but Joe Keith secured the victory with Colchester's fourth on 70 minutes.
Hull grabbed a dramatic 2-1 win against Yorkshire side Barnsley. Ex-Darlington man Barry Conlon grabbed his second goal for Barnsley on 12 minutes but Hull's Stuart Elliott equalised on 58.
It was Michael Keane who grabbed a dramatic 88th minute winner for The Tigers, which sees them remain third in the table.
Port Vale jumped six places to fourth after a 3-0 win over struggling Bristol City.
Vale scored two goals just before half time through Craig James (37) and Stephen Brooker (45) then Ian Armstrong added a third near the end, leaving City still looking for their first win of the season.
Chesterfield came back from 2-0 down to record an amazing 3-2 win over Bradford City at Valley Parade.
Veteran striker Dean Windass made it six goals in six appearances as he scored on each side of half time for Bradford but Chesterfield did not give up.
The Spireites got their first goal courtesy of a spot kick from Shane Nicholson and a minute later, former Leeds man Caleb Folan grabbed an equaliser then popped up again to grab a winner in the dying minutes.

Brentford pulled off an impressive 3-0 win over Stockport. Michael Dobson scored on four minutes, then ex-England winger John Salako grabbed his first goal for Brentford on the half-hour mark.
Ex-Derby County and Portsmouth man Dean Burton made it three, putting the game well beyond County and ensuring Brentford's third win of the season.
Bournemouth's unbeaten run is now extended to five games after Alan Connell scored the only goal of the game as they beat Wrexham 1-0 at The Fitness First Stadium.
John McAliskey scored on 16 minutes for Huddersfield Town at The Galpharm Stadium, only for Peterborough's Curtis Woodhouse to slot home a penalty on the stroke of half time.
Soon after the break, Jonathan Worthington struck to seal a 2-1 win for Town and pull them away from the bottom of the table.
Torquay are still looking for their first win of the season as they played out a 0-0 draw with Walsall.
Oldham's Jermaine Johnson scored on 39 minutes and Chris Kellen on 43 to put them 2-0 up against MK Dons.
Mark Arber made it 3-0 on the hour mark and the MK Dons are left struggling second from bottom of the league.
