Rossoneri holding transfer talks with Roma

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has revealed that the club are closing in on a deal for Roma striker Bojan Krkic. The Rossoneri have made the acquisition of striking talent a top priority this summer, having agreed to sell Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Paris St Germain. A deal for Caen's highly-rated teenage forward M'Baye Niang is close to completion, while Sky Sports understands enquiries have been made as to the availability of Arsenal's Nicklas Bendtner. Milan are leaving nothing to chance, though, and are also holding transfer talks with Serie A rivals Roma regarding Bojan. The Spain international has spent just one season in Italy, having moved to Stadio Olimpico from Barcelona last summer.

Positive

A productive debut campaign saw him net seven times and Milan believe he would offer them something different, with his pace and trickery considered to be useful assets to have at their disposal. "We are moving forward," Galliani told Gazzetta.it when asked about transfer talks. "Have we set a deadline for talks to be completed? Yes, we have to close discussions today (Tuesday). "Everything is going positively."
