Striker believes Pulis deserves medal for success

Jon Walters has hailed Stoke boss Tony Pulis for guiding the side to an unlikely FA Cup final appearance. Stoke face Manchester City in their first-ever FA Cup final appearance on Saturday after thumping Bolton 5-0 in the semi-finals. Walters believes Pulis deserves all the credit for taking Stoke to the showpiece at Wembley and feels the Potters boss gets the best out of the players at the Britannia Stadium. "Tony has got players in who have played at the highest level and, for whatever reason, it's not worked out because of injuries or form or haven't got into the team," Walters told The Sun. "The gaffer has done well with the players he's brought in. He signs the right sort of characters. "He had a core group that came up from the Championship, which they still have to this day. He has just added to it."
