Southampton striker Marek Saganowski has joined Danish Superliga club Aalborg BK on a five-month loan deal.
The Poland international, who featured for his country at this summer's European Championships, scored three goals last season including a crucial strike against Sheffield United on the final day which helped ensure Saints' survival.
Saganowski, 29, is not part of boss Jan Poortvliet's plans this season and will join the Danes, led by ex-Arsenal manager Bruce Rioch, until December 31.
