Southampton's summer signing Rudi Skacel believes The Saints are beginning to gel following a slow start to the campaign.
The South Coast outfit won just one of their opening four Championship games, but are now up to third following three consecutive league wins.
"We're not in a crisis," explained Skacel. "We've played really well. The team only needed a bit of time to get used to each other."
Meanwhile, the former Hearts winger has not given up hope of playing again for the Czech Republic after being frozen out by Karl Bruckner.
"Coach Bruckner only plays his favourite players," he added "I've been abroad for four years and only once have people from the international team come to watch me.
"It is an honour to play for me to play for my country. We just have to fight for promotion. Then perhaps in future, who knows."
