Out-of-favour Southampton star Jo Tessem could be set for a return to former club Lyn.
Southampton boss Paul Sturrock has admitted he is willing to let Tessem leave.
The 32-year-old recently enjoyed a loan spell at Lyn and the Norwegian club are hopeful of agreeing a deal for him if he is released by Southampton.
"There will be clearance in a few days," said Tessem.
Lyn director Morgan Andersen is hopeful of a deal being sorted out soon.
"We have spoken a lot with Jo and we have got a good hope in him coming to us if Southampton release him," said Andersen.
