Wolves boss Kenny Jackett has revealed they have put off contract talks until they know what league they are playing in next season.
The likes of Richard Stearman, Dave Edwards, George Elokobi and Jamie Reckord are all out of contract at Molineux in the summer.
The League One leaders are aiming to win promotion back to the Championship at the first time of asking and Jackett admits talks over new deals for the likes of Stearman will have to go on the backburner.
"I think for everybody who's in contractual situations - barring any younger players beneath - we won't do anything until we know what division we're in," said Jackett.
"It's something we'll assess during the summer, but I've been very pleased with Richard and I see him as being part of the future.
"I think he's done very well. I've picked him on a consistent basis and it's been a good unit."
