Wolves have recalled Wayne Hennessey from his loan spell at Stockport County, while Denes Rosa has also returned to Molineux.

Hennessey was due to spend a further week with Stockport, but was called back by Wolves after an injury to Matt Murray.

The youngster, who has yet to make his senior debut for Mick McCarthy's side, was on the bench for Monday's 3-1 win over Hull City.

During his time at Stockport, Hennessey made 15 appearances and kept a record-breaking nine clean sheets in a row.

Meanwhile, Hungarian midfielder Rosa has opted to return to Wolves after a month on loan at Cheltenham Town.

Rosa made four appearances for the League One side and Cheltenham boss John Ward confirmed the player's exit.

Ward told the club's official website: "Denes has decided to return to Wolves. I was unable to guarantee him a first-team place and he wants to be playing regularly.

"But I am very pleased that he was able to help us out for a month."
