Fit-again Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Gabor Gyepes will appear in the club's reserves this week.
The Hungarian has been sidelined with a long-term knee ligament injury he suffered late last season.
The former Ferencvaros man has spent nearly a year out of action with his recovery, but the 25-year-old is now ready to hand Wolves boss Mick McCarthy a boost by playing for the second string.
"Gabor was struggling with pain and swelling and stiffness within the knee joint - which we would expect - so we had a big discussion and he felt he needed a bit of a break," Wolves physio Barry Holmes said.
"He went back to Hungary for some treatment and has now come back and his knee has improved to some extent.
"He is going back into training with the squad, but he still has a lot of hurdles to overcome before he is deemed fit enough to be challenging for a first-team place."
