Bohemians striker Stephen Ward is confident he can make the step up to the Championship.
Ward is set to join Wolverhampton Wanderers this week after impressing during a trial at Molineux.
The 21-year-old will sign a two-and-a-half year deal and is ready to challenge for a place in Mick McCarthy's side.
"In terms of standard, it is a big jump from the Eircom League to the Championship," Ward told the club's official website.
"But I have played in a few big games, both domestically and internationally, which should help me and I can't wait to get started.
"The football is a lot better over here and it will be a challenge that I am really looking forward to.
"The manager has said he is looking for more goals and I hope to be able to help the club with that."
