Belgian Under-21 international Laurens De Bock admits that he is flattered to be linked with a move to England.
The highly-rated 19-year-old currently plays for Lokeren, where he has come through the youth ranks.
De Bock has emerged as a first-team regular and with nearly 50 games under his belt is attracting interest from around Europe.
West Bromwich Albion are reported to be keeping close tabs on his progress.
"It is very nice to hear this," De Bock told Voetbalkrant when asked about the interest from England.
"Eventually every player dreams of one day being in a top competition, but I'm realistic enough to realise that I just need to concentrate on Lokeren.
"I play my matches and what happens later we'll see. I'm still under contract until 2015 and have it very much to my liking here. It is also great to break through and play at the club where you were a youth player."
