Steve Clarke is refusing to get carried away after seeing his West Brom side go fourth in the table after their 3-2 win over Queens Park Rangers.

QPR's goals were the first conceded by West Brom at home in the league this season, but Clarke is keen to add more attacking prowess to a solid defensive unit. "We are a good solid team normally, maybe not so much today, but we know if we keep that solid foundation and introduce that attacking flair we can give anybody in the Premier League a game," added Clarke. "In the second half we became a little bit scrappy. We didn't start well, we were careless in possession and if you give it to good players, eventually they will cause you some problems. "When both sides went 4-4-2 it suited us more and we got a better foothold in the game."
