Uruguay international plans second stint with Sao Paulo

Paris St Germain defender Diego Lugano has revealed that it is his intention to take in a second spell at Sao Paulo before he hangs up his boots. The Uruguay international only arrived in France last summer, as he joined ambitious PSG from Turkish outfit Fenerbahce. He plans to honor the contract he penned with the Ligue 1 outfit, but is already readying his next move. The 31-year-old admits he would relish the opportunity to end his playing career back in Brazil with a club he enjoyed three successful seasons at between 2003 and 2006. "Sooner or later, I will return to Brazil to play for Sao Paulo, the team where it all really started for me," Lugano told FIFA's official website. "I feel very close to the club and the fans have asked me to come back. "I also have a lot of fond memories of Turkey, but if I am to return anywhere, it will without doubt be to Sao Paulo."
