Chris Wood is determined to win promotion with Brighton after agreeing to extend his loan deal from West Brom.
The New Zealand international made a big impact as a substitute in Monday's 2-1 win over Exeter and is happy to stay with Gus Poyet's side as they continue their quest for promotion to the Championship.
"I'm happy to stay. I'm looking to carry on my development and hopefully push for promotion," Wood told the Argus.
"It's all about getting signed and ticked off with my home club. The main target is promotion. I think that is definitely within our reach."
Wood is also hoping to be available for Albion's FA Cup tie with Portsmouth on Saturday.
"They are talking about that in the next couple of days and I'd love to be involved in that."
