Graham Westley says Graham Cummins has scored the first of many goals for Preston after the striker found the net over the weekend.
Lilywhites boss Westley swooped to sign Cummins from Cork City towards the end of the January transfer window and the 24-year-old Irish striker marked his second appearance for the club by opening the scoring in Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Sheffield United.
"Cummins is a terrific prospect," said Westley. "He's scored a lot of goals out in Ireland and he's a player that I monitored for some time.
"He's another one of the hungry types. He's got his best football in front of him. You couldn't say he's played at the highest level he's going to play at - he's got that to come.
"He's an exciting talent with all the raw ingredients that I look for."
