Leeds are reported to be keeping tabs on the Jamaican international as they ponder making a bid for the skilful hit-man.
Preston are determined to keep hold of the former Hearts man after he impressed last term, before picking up a serious knee injury which ruled him out of the second half of the season.
North End chairman Derek Shaw revealed that they had received no enquiries for Fuller and he did not invite any offers for the forward unless it was a substantial bid.
"We haven't had any enquiries about Ricardo at all and nor would we want any. He is an important part of Craig's plans," Shaw told the club's official website.
"He is only just coming back from a serious knee injury and still has a lot of work to do before he is even match fit, but we hope he should be close to full fitness by the West Ham game.
"We have got ambitions for Premier League football ourselves so the idea we would want to sell Ricardo is ridiculous.
"We may not have the money of some other clubs but we have quality in our squad and players like Ricardo are very, very important to our plans and it would take a very large sum to tempt him away from us."
