Defender Miles Addison has turned his back on Derby to sign a deal with League One club Bournemouth for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old, who made 14 appearances for the Cherries on loan last season, has agreed a three-year contract. He told the club's official website: "With the signings the club has made and the direction the club is going, which I saw last season, I realised that my decision was easier than it could have been. "When I first came here, I said that people from the outside are viewing Bournemouth as a big club now and that's what's happening again. "I've come here to win things. I want to achieve things here at Bournemouth and I think with everyone pulling in the same direction and with the squad we have, we can achieve automatic promotion."
