Holmes (pictured) and Doyle initially joined The Bantams for a three-month loan spell earlier this month, but Valley Parade boss Colin Todd has opted to keep both players for the rest of the calendar year.
The pair have made an impact to Bradford's impressive start to the season, with the West Yorkshire club currently sitting third in the League One table.
"This sends out the right message that we are trying to go forward," Todd told the Bradford Telegraph & Argus.
"We have got something going at the football club and I don't want to break that up.
"The dressing room is brilliant at the moment and the other lads would be very disappointed if it got to November and we had to let the two of them go.
"They are both great characters despite being only young lads and have that something about them."
As two players stay on at Bradford, striker Michael Symes has ended his time with The Bantams and signed a monthly contract with League Two club Shrewsbury Town.
The former Everton hit-man has been on loan with The Shrews since early August, but will now aim to earn a longer-term contract with Gary Peters's side.
