The 19-year-old has made just two substitute appearances for The Rams this year, but did come off the bench late on to net against Sheffield United.
Bidding for the Birmingham-born hit-man is reportedly around the £300,000 mark and Rams secretary Keith Pearson is leaving the deal to the agents involved.
"It's in the hands of the agents now," explained Rams secretary Pearson.
19-year-old defender Pablo Mills, who has featured regularly for The Rams this term, is also wanted by the Eastern European duo.
