Sunderland and QPR have accepted £20,000 fines for failing to control their players in recent matches.

The Football Association charged Sunderland over an incident towards the end of this month's 1-1 draw with Everton at the Stadium of Light, while the charge against QPR arose from their 2-2 draw with Manchester City.

Referee Lee Mason awarded Everton a penalty for a Connor Wickham foul on Seamus Coleman on Wearside, prompting an angry reaction from several home players.

In London, meanwhile, Mike Dean's decision to disallow a Charlie Austin goal provoked a similar response.

Neither club contested the charge, and a £20,000 penalty is the standard fine for the offence.
