Sunderland schemer set to return from ban against QPR

Martin O'Neill is ready to welcome Stephane Sessegnon back into his side after admitting the Sunderland schemer possesses 'something special'. Sessegnon has missed the Black Cats' last three games due to suspension after being sent off during the Tyne-Wear derby draw with Newcastle United earlier this month. He is expected to go straight back into the starting line-up when Sunderland host Queens Park Rangers on Saturday on the back of a midweek defeat at Blackburn Rovers. O'Neill acknowledges the Benin international can be a frustrating player, but believes Sessegnon has the talent to unlock opposition defences. "He's frustrating at times, like all players of his type can be," said O'Neill. "But he's got something special that teams love to have. "Sess will try something different and lose it and try something else and lose it again. "But then suddenly he can just completely open up a defence and you can have two or three good goalscoring opportunities."
