Jack Colback: Happy with Martin O'Neill's managerial style at Sunderland
Sunderland midfielder Jack Colback has praised manager Martin O'Neill's ability to get the best out of his players.
The Black Cats' season has been transformed since the Northern Irishman was appointed back in December, with Sunderland winning 11 out of 18 games since his arrival.
Colback believes that their good form is due, in no small part, to his manager bringing a feel-good factor back to the club.
He said: "You walk into his office and then come out feeling taller. He treats everyone like they're his best mate and that's why he gets so much out of people.
"You know how much he wants it and that comes out in him."
Sunderland travel to Everton on Saturday in their FA Cup quarter-final clash with a trip to Wembley up for grabs, a prize that Colback is excited about.
"I've never even been to Wembley and I'm desperate to play there," he added.
"Everton will be tough because they are so good at home but everyone at Sunderland is excited and we certainly don't want the season to slip away."
