Sunderland boss Roy Keane says it will be a matter of weeks before Kenwyne Jones makes his comeback.
The 23-year-old, who scored seven goals in his first season at the Stadium of Light, has been out of action since June after picking up a serious knee injury on international duty against England.
Keane, though, reckons the Trinidad & Tobago striker is on the road to recovery and should be back in action in just a few weeks.
"He's working hard to get back and is showing a great attitude in the gym," Keane told the club's official website.
"Hopefully it will now be a matter of weeks."
