Birmingham have signed Nottingham Forest midfielder Robert Tesche on loan.
The German will spend the remainder of the season at Blues, although Forest have included a recall clause in the deal that could see them bring Tesche back to the City Ground after 28 days.
The former Hamburg SV player was a regular at Forest under Stuart Pearce but has not featured since Dougie Freedman came in as manager a month ago.
Tesche, 27, has made 25 appearances for the Reds this season since joining the club on a free transfer in August 2014.
