Pompey secure Allan return

West Brom's Scott Allan has rejoined Portsmouth on a month-long loan deal, the club has confirmed.

The midfielder could play in the League One match at Sheffield United on Monday night, subject to Premier League and FA clearance. Allan played 15 times for Pompey last season, scoring once in a victory over Crystal Palace at Fratton Park. The move will be the Scotland Under-21 international's second loan spell of the season, with the 20-year-old previously enjoying a spell at MK Dons, during which he came off the bench to face Portsmouth in one of four appearances for Karl Robinson's team. Allan signed for West Brom in January from Dundee United but has yet to make his debut for the Premier League side.
