Hartlepool United boss Neale Cooper has confirmed his interest in Middlesbrough duo Jonathan Franks and Jonathan Grounds.

Hartlepool United boss Neale Cooper has confirmed his interest in Middlesbrough duo Jonathan Franks and Jonathan Grounds.
The Boro pair are both currently on loan at Pools' League One rivals Yeovil - who Hartlepool played at the weekend.
And Cooper has revealed that he knows all about both players, telling the Hartlepool Mail: "I like the lad Jonathan Franks, who couldn't get on the bench on Saturday.
"I also thought Jonathan Grounds did well, he was comfortable, strong and athletic.
"So I'll keep looking because it's an important time coming up and there's areas we have to strengthen once the season ends.
"But, like I said, there's a very good core here. And that good core, thankfully, is the players who are under contract."
